On Saturday 15th August, Pelaw Community Bowling Club was delighted to welcome local textile artist and entrepreneur Linda Rose, founder of Hedgeley Designs, for our first community design workshop. The response from our members and neighbours was fantastic, and it was wonderful to see so many people engaging with creative textile art.
Linda has created Hedgeley Designs as a warm, welcoming corner of the internet where she celebrates all things textile art. Whether you’re a seasoned crafter or just starting out, her workshops, blog, and online community offer inspiration, creative learning, and a supportivespace to explore making. Her passion for creative expression through textile art shinesthrough everything she does, and we were thrilled to bring that energy into our club.
