Sponsorship opportunities: Leam Lane competitions
We are particularly keen to secure sponsorship for our active participation in two significant annual competitions hosted by a supportive neighbouring club: the Leam Lane Triples and the Leam Lane Charity Day. These events, typically held on a Saturday in July or August, draw teams from across Tyne & Wear, Sunderland, Northumberland, and Gateshead, offering excellent visibility for sponsors. The Leam Lane Triples, for example, sees anywhere between 24 and 36 teams of three players competing in a well-organised event that includes a buffet, refreshments, a raffle, and a tombola. Pelaw Community Bowling Club has a proud history in this competition, having entered three to four teams each year and winning on 8 occasions. Your sponsorship would directly contribute to our participation, success, and the continued enjoyment of these vital community events.
